COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This course introduces students to the Marma points of Ayurveda.
Marma (acupressure) points are energy pathways for profoundly healing the body, mind and consciousness. Students will become acquainted with the 117 vital energy points and how to locate them on the body. Students will learn the commentary of each Marma point and various stimulation techniques such as tuning forks, guasha, essential oils and moxibustion.
