This course introduces students to the Marma point system of Ayurveda.
Learn how to locate and interact with marma points with and pranic healing and various techniques to restore balance to body and mind in this 20 Hour Certification Training.

Marma (acupressure) points are energy pathways for profoundly healing the body, mind and consciousness. Students will become acquainted with the 107 vital energy points and how to locate them on the body. Students will learn the commentary of each Marma point, how to implement them into your treatments, and various stimulation techniques such as tuning forks, guasha, essential oils and moxibustion. We will also introduce you to Pranic Healing, similar to Reiki.
