Ayurvedic Acupressure & Pranic Energy Healing

Marma Therapy is an effective treatment for physical, emotional, and spiritual ailments. Marma points are specific energetic points that when pressed can restore proper flow of life force energy (Prana, ki, qi) through the entire body. 

The points are stimulated by acupressure, and energetically to clear the channels and bring relief of symptoms. 

Certain protocols (localized areas) can ease specific conditions while enhancing the body's natural healing ability. Combined techniques of pranic energy healing (similar to Reiki), Polarity Therapy, gentle massage, essential oils, tuning forks, guasha, crystal and tibetan bowl sound healing, and/or moxibustion, all help to integrate the energy body to the physical body to restore balance and promote deeper healing and rejuvenation on all levels.

I sometimes include sound bowls, tuning forks, gemstones (crystals), and essential oils to stimulate the marma points.
