Teaching From Lived Practice

I'm Seva. I teach as a practitioner first, carrying forward what was transmitted to me through lineage and years of hands-on work. Every training is held with containment, care, and respect for the nervous systems in the room.

Students receive the training manual I wrote, along with companion videos I produced, so their learning continues long after our time together. The work integrates slowly, as it should.

Hear directly from past students in their own words on my YouTube testimonials.

Hear From Past Students

Practitioners share how this work changed their sessions, their hands, and their relationship to rhythm.
