Join us on for a hands-on Ayurvedic Spring Cooking Class where we’ll prepare two seasonal recipes designed to support digestion, encourage liver cleansing, and awaken fresh energy after winter.
Together, we’ll create:
• Borscht Soup — vibrant, grounding, and deeply supportive for spring detoxification
• Stewed Apples with Roasted Almonds & Warming Spices — a simple yet powerful dish to kindle digestion and nourish gently
