This treatment is locally focused on the heart center. A nurturing, herbal, custom-made formula is used to not only strengthen the heart organ, but to address emotional and energetic imbalances including, but not limited to: grief, loss, trauma, & PTSD.

The lungs and respiratory system are also addressed, bringing long-term relief from bronchial or asthmatic conditions. This formula is poured into a dough basti, 'vessel', to keep the warm formula saturating the tissues of the heart center.

Furthermore, this treatment is recommended to cultivate more self-love and self-care.

*Treatment includes a 45 minute Ayurvedic massage with marma (energy points) for the heart and nervous system, and crystals upon request.
