The use of dough dams, or Basti, in
Ayurveda is a unique therapy which allows a
specific area of the body to be saturated with
medicated oil.
This treatment is beneficial both physically
for a localized area, and energetically
to the Chakra it is placed over such as
Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Throat Chakras.
We can also do "Eye Bathing"
