This unique treatment includes a lymphatic drainage face massage, and activating marma
points to help clear the channels and drain lymph, de-puffing and releasing pressure in the
head, neck, and face. Nasya effectively provides relief from congestion, dryness, allergies,
headaches, sleep apnea, snoring, and tinnitus.
This special treatment includes a 20 minute herbal steam cocoon to decongest the body and concludes with facilitated gentle insertion of a warm medicated oil in each nostril for purification of the sinuses and to lubricate and protect the delicate nasal tissues.
