The introduction to Ayurvedic Body Therapies class is designed to provide an insightful overview of the ancient Indian system of medicine known as Ayurveda. This class aims to introduce participants to the fundamental principles of Ayurveda, its holistic approach to health and well-being, and the potential benefits it offers.

Ayurveda Overview: The class will begin with a brief historical background of Ayurveda, explaining its origins and its significance as one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems.

Shirodhara - Balanced mind therapy targeting the nervous and endocrine system

Swedana - Herbal Steam Cocoon

Garshana - Dry skin exfoliation with raw silk gloves (safe for psoriasis)

Marma Therapy & Pranic Healing - Ayurvedic Acupressure & Pranic Healing (similar to Reiki)
